LGBTQIA+ Therapy

You deserve safety, equality, love and support.

Exactly as you are.

This is a safe space for you, whoever you are and however you identify.

LGBTQIA+ individuals may identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and/or asexual. They may also define their gender and sexuality in ways that differ from cisgender heterosexual norms.

Sadly, many face discrimination, homophobia, stigma, and challenges around coming out. As a result, the LGBTQIA+ community is at a higher risk of experiencing:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Low self-worth & self-esteem

  • Self-harm

  • Suicidal thoughts

If you're looking for a queer-affirming therapist, I encourage you to reach out. During our free consultation, I’ll ask for your name or preferred name and your pronouns to ensure your comfort and respect throughout the process.

I pride myself (pun intended) on creating a welcoming and inclusive space where you can safely explore and embrace your true self. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling:

  • More confident and resilient

  • Embracing self-acceptance

  • Comfortable in your own body

  • Free to express yourself authentically

Exploring or coming to terms with your sexual identity can be overwhelming, especially when compounded by mental health challenges or past trauma. Internalized homophobia is real and often hard to overcome, but you deserve to embrace your true identity fully. Together, we’ll work toward helping you become your own strongest advocate.
